When Mary Brandt Mullins began her real estate career with Prudential in 1990 she met early success earning the title "Rookie of the Year." But her ability to serve her clients multiplied when husband Ken Mullins and sons Britt and Brad Brandt joined her to work as a team with each family agent using his or her strengths to provide the best service to their clients.
The team serves not only the Greenville area but the entire Upstate including Spartanburg Laurens Pickens Oconee and Anderson counties. They are a member of the Greenville Spartanburg and Anderson multiple listing system in order to give their clients the best exposure possible.
In working with buyers Mullins said the agents take a no-pressure approach first taking time to educate clients regarding the local real estate market.
"Our goal is to help them negotiate the best price for their new home then take the sale from contract to closing with as few problems as possible" she said.
With sellers the team draws on experience gained since 1990 to help clients make their homes market-ready and priced to sell.
"We create a marketing plan which provides nationwide exposure for the homes and we work diligently to make sure they sell" she said.
Since being licensed as South Carolina Real Estate agents the family has continued to study real estate in order to better serve the public achieving such designations as: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Fine Home Specialist certification.
Among the awards the team has received from Prudential are "Top Three agent in South Carolina" "Chairman's Circle Platinum" (top two percent nationwide) "Top 100" agents nationwide and the "Ledend's Award". Mullins said awards are important but only as a reflection of the team's eff
